Tipper Kill One Woman And Her Picken.(graphic)

Tragedy struck some minutes ago in Oshodi, Lagos, as a tipper knocked down a mother and her child,
killing them instantly.
It was gathered that the tipper laden with sharp sand, had experienced brake failure before killing the sachet water hawker and her child.
