There has been a reported case of explosions at Dalori Quarters in Maiduguri, Borno state. This was
disclosed in a  text message by the Head of Information, National Emergency Management Agency NEMA in Abuja, Sani Datti. “Our Search and Rescue officers are already on their way to the scene; details later”, he said.
