Officials  of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and those of the Ministry of Sports have been summoned to a meeting by the Presidency over the allowances of the African Women Championship winners Super Falcons.

The date and time of the meeting could not be confirmed as at press time.
This is even as the girls have bee assured that their allowances will be paid in two days (by Friday).
The Super Falcons who had taken their protest to Aso Rock gate over their unpaid allowances, were addressed by the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari.
Kyari, who has been away from the Villa for few weeks, was on his way into the Villa when he met the protesting Falcons at the gate.
The players, led by team captain Rita Chikwelu, expressed their displeasure at the non-payment of their allowances.
While appealing to the girls to return to the hotel, Kyari assured them that the government would resolve the situation within two days.‎
Na wa for federal goverment. After much work and victory una dey talk story. Make una pay them jor.
